INGREDIENTS FOR VINAIGRETTE:
• 1 cup of white balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
• 1 package of Uncle Dan's Mediterranean Garlic Seasoning
• 2½ cups of olive oil
INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD:
• 2-3 sliced cucumbers
• 4 Roma tomatoes, wedged
• 2 Walla Walla sweet onions, julienned
• 1 tablespoon of garlic
• Black pepper
• Feta cheese
INSTRUCTIONS FOR VINAIGRETTE:
1. Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients together, save for the olive.
2. Slowly mix in the olive oil while whisking.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SALAD:
1. Mix salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Add in half the vinaigrette with a dash of black pepper.
3. Top with feta cheese.
