Here's how to make Excel cells expand to fit Text automatically.
i. There are two ways to AutoFit content in Excel:
* **AutoFit Column Width:** This will automatically resize the column to fit the text in the cells.
* **AutoFit Row Height:** This will automatically resize the row to fit the text in the cells.
To AutoFit Column Width, follow these steps:
1. Select the column(s) you want to AutoFit.

You can also use keyboard shortcuts to AutoFit column width or row height. To AutoFit column width, press `Alt`+`H`+`O`+`I`. To AutoFit row height, press `Alt`+`H`+`O`+`A`.
ii. To automatically resize cells in Sheets, you can use the following methods:
**Method 1: AutoFit column width**
1. Select the column(s) you want to AutoFit.
2. Hover your cursor to the right border of the column(s) until it turns into a double-headed arrow.
3. Double-click the border to automatically resize the column(s) to fit the widest entry.
**Method 2: AutoFit row height**
1. Select the row(s) you want to AutoFit.
2. Hover your cursor to the bottom border of the row(s) until it turns into a double-headed arrow.
3. Double-click the border to automatically resize the row(s) to fit the tallest entry.
**Method 3: Use the Format Cells dialog box**
1. Select the cell(s) you want to format.
2. Click on the Format menu and select Cells.
3. In the Format Cells dialog box, click on the Column tab.
4. In the Width section, enter a value in the AutoFit column width box.
5. Click on OK.
The column(s) will be automatically resized to fit the specified width.
**Method 4: Use keyboard shortcuts**
To AutoFit column width, press `Alt`+`H`+`O`+`I`.
To AutoFit row height, press `Alt`+`H`+`O`+`A`.
iii. There are two ways to make rows expand automatically in Sheets:
* **Using the AutoFit Row Height feature:**
1. Select the rows you want to autofit.
2. Right-click on any of the selected rows.
3. Select "Resize rows" from the menu.
4. In the "Resize rows" dialog box, select the "Fit to data" option.
5. Click "OK".
* **Using the Format Cells dialog box:**
1. Select the rows you want to format.
2. Click on the "Format" menu and select "Cells".
3. In the "Format Cells" dialog box, click on the "Row" tab.
4. In the "Height" section, select the "AutoFit" option.
5. Click "OK".
The rows you selected will be automatically resized to fit the tallest entry.
iv. There are a few ways to resize multiple cells at once in Sheets.
* **Use the mouse:**
1. Select the cells you want to resize.
2. Place your cursor over the border of one of the selected cells.
3. When the cursor changes to a double-headed arrow, drag the border to resize the cells.
* **Use the keyboard:**
1. Select the cells you want to resize.
2. Press `Ctrl`+`Shift`+`Spacebar`.
3. Type the desired width or height of the cells.
4. Press `Enter`.
* **Use the Format Cells dialog box:**
1. Select the cells you want to format.
2. Click on the "Format" menu and select "Cells".
3. In the "Format Cells" dialog box, click on the "Column" or "Row" tab.
4. In the "Width" or "Height" section, type the desired width or height of the cells.
5. Click "OK".
The cells you selected will be resized to the specified width or height.
Here are some additional tips for resizing multiple cells at once:
* You can also use keyboard shortcuts to select multiple cells. To select a contiguous range of cells, press `Ctrl`+`Spacebar` while you click on the cells. To select non-contiguous cells, press `Ctrl` while you click on the cells.
* You can also use the Fill handle to resize multiple cells at once. To do this, select the first cell you want to resize. Then, place your cursor over the fill handle (the small black square in the bottom-right corner of the selected cell). When the cursor changes to a crosshair, drag the fill handle to the desired width or height of the cells.
