Ingredients:
1. Carrots
2. Corn flour
3. Sugar
4. Cashew nuts
5. Ghee
6. Buttered bowl

Procedure:
1. Pressure cook carrots for 3 whistles or until the carrots are cooked well.
2. Cool completely and transfer into a blender.
3. Add corn flour, sugar and water. Blend well.
4. Transfer this mixture into a hot skillet, add ghee and cashew nuts.
5. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick, on medium flame.
6. Once the mixture starts holding the shape, transfer into a buttered bowl and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
7. After 2 hours, cut in your desired shape.
