In this video, I make a double recipe.
1 lb froz green peas (approx 2 cups)
1/4 cup date sugar (from [ Ссылка ])
2 table dry mustard powder
2 table sesame seed
1/2 table wasabi powder
3/4 tea salt
1/2 table flax
1 table rice vinegar
1 table soy sauce
0-5 teaspoon of water
Dry peas alone at 175F for 3-5 hours until the diameter reduces by about half. Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix wet ingredients with peas. Allow peas to absorb all the liquid. Add spice mix to peas. If all seasonings do not stick, add a few teaspoons of water.
