EZ Bar Skull Crushers - Triceps Exercise

(Starting Position)
While holding an EZ bar, lie down on a flat bench with your head near the end of the bench. Use a close grip with your palms facing up.
With your back firmly stabilized on the bench, raise the bar by extending your arms upward. The weights should be directly above your chest line.
Keep your elbows pointing forward. This is the starting position.
(First Movement)
Now, inhale as you bend your elbows until the bar is close to the top of your head.
(Second Movement)
Then, exhale as you use your triceps to push the bar back to the starting position.
Hold the contraction for a moment, and then repeat the exercise until you have finished all of your reps.
(General Tips)
Make sure that your elbows are pointing forward throughout this exercise, rather than flaring to your sides.
Alternatively, you can reduce stress on your elbows by lowering the bar behind your head.
