Kolkata rape-murder case & protest updates: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) observed a bandh today in West Bengal during which at least 64 people were detained. However, the TMC called the Bengal Bandh movement "a complete flop". On Times Now's special show, Newshour Agenda with Madhavdas GK, TMC leader Riju Dutta said, "Mamata Banerjee never said, 'We will start burning Assam & Northeast.' She only said that if you try to burn Bengal, there will be a protest in Assam, Bihar..." On the other hand, BJP leader Shatorupa slammed Riju Dutta said, "There's no question of anybody burning Bengal". Watch full video.
