Taking a break from the usual Planet Coastering, I travelled 50 miles north to Alton Towers, arguably the UK's best theme park, hidden deep in the Staffordshire countryside.
Here I managed to take some video of most of the park's roller coasters, including The Smiler (World's first 14 looping roller coaster), Oblivion (World's first vertical drop/dive machine roller coaster) and the newest addition, The Wicker Man (World's first...uh...coaster to combine fire and wood?). Not forgetting the excellent Nemesis, and Galactica (which featured VR for a time).
