This is a community service message video produced by The Singapore Electrical Contractors and Licensed Electrical Workers Association together with ON Engineers Pte Ltd. This video introduces the public to conduct a Monthly 3-Step RCCB Test.

The aim of the video is to drive the message of electrical safety, primarily ensuring that we all have a functional RCCB in our homes to prevent cases of electrocution. The video comes in five versions - English, Mandarin and Malay, and also ones with Tamil and Myanmese subtitles.

SECA will continue to work with other organisations to spread this electrical safety message. SECA’s initial kick-off was with Quality Power Management Pte Ltd’s (“QPM”) at the Yuhua Community Club (Singapore) on 12-13th August 2017. Stay Safe, Conduct the 3-Step RCCB Test Today!
