How to carry out a full service on the Volvo V40 D2 with the actual Volvo engine and not the PSA variant.

Oil capacity: 5.2 litres
17mm sump plug torque requirement: 38Nm
Oil filter housing: 25Nm

For this service I used all genuine Volvo parts. Partly because the fuel filter is only available direct from Volvo and the remainder of the parts were only £7 more expensive than the Mann equivalent.
