Shoreline Karate Club presents, Sai Jutsu Kihon Kata Ichi, Basic Kata 1 of the Art of Sai. Kata all have many names and this is just what we at Shoreline Karate Club call this Kata. This is the First Sai Kata practiced by Shoreline Karate Club and is performed by our own John Gough.
