In this video, I change the engine oil and oil filter on my 2008 Smart Fortwo 84 BHP 451 Passion.
I use a genuine Smart oil filter and sump plug washer and Quantum Platinum Plus 23 5W30 oil from the Volkswagen Group.
There is always a risk that the alloy sump can crack around the sump drain plug if it has previously been overtightened or corroded into place.
