Holding a BA in Business from the University of Washington, Christina blends her passions for business and conscious movement mastery as a 500hr RYT, 2nd Degree Nia® Black Belt Teacher + motivational speaker, choreographer, and studio owner offering classes, workshops and trainings in Nia and conscious business.
