It's not uncommon to run into accuracy issues when setting up an ABL kit like the BLTouch, or CR Touch, especially when dealing with some of the cheaper off-brand kits. Marlin included a probe accuracy test in their firmware that you can use to get the standard deviation between probes to see how accurate your probe is. This can also be used if you are working with fixed-mounted probes as well. In this video, I cover what the test is, how to run it, and how to read the results.
