London Zoo is celebrating the birth of its first tiger cub in 17 years, releasing hidden camera footage of the moment it was born. The pregnancy for Sumatran tiger Melati lasted approximately 105 days and she gave birth in just six minutes. The sex of the cub will not be known until around mid-November, when keepers will enter the enclosure to give the new arrival its inoculations. The cub is a direct descendant of the zoo's last tiger cub, Hari, who is the father of mum Melati. Report by Sophie Foster.
