The CMV-2 gas analyser is designed for use with thermoforming (TFFS) and tray sealing machines equipped for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP). The gas analyser works by measuring the gas content non-destructively before sealing the packages. Each and every "stroke" of the pacaking line is then verified with pre set alarms- the CMv2 then stops the machine if the residual oxygen for example is not correct. Can be fully integrated with the MAP Mix 8000 EL electronic gas mixer.
