On April 26, an EF3 tornado with 160 mph winds tore a 40.9 mile path through southwest Iowa. The multi-vortex tornado was nearly a mile wide at times, and killed one man. Meteorologist Matthew Cappucci tracked the tornado for nearly 20 miles along its path.
