Living alone with a severe mental illness is fortunately something I am able to do. I’m diagnosed with the bipolar type of schizoaffective disorder, and it affects many aspects of my life. However, with the right support system and a few other things, I’ve been able to make it work.
I’ve been living on my own since 2020, and while there have been some rough patches, I have a system now. And this video is all about what that system entails.
Enjoy the video :)
