In general too much important is given in the Indian context for food for everything we want to relate something to food. We classify foot into hard food and cool type of food and then we consider that if you take too much of Hard food you get this sort of diseases especially piles and if you take cool type of food it is reduced to an extent it may be right. But any food if it is taken in Limited quantities it should not be harmful, on the other hand if you take food which can constipate especially high protein diet like a non vegetarian food then not accompanied by enough quantities of water intake or sufficient quantity of fiber diet, they can cause constipation and lead to hemorrhoids. Other ting is very spicy food can cause irritation in that area and cause more blood flow into that can cause hemorrhoids. So these are the things which should be avoided or reduced. And is an individual notices that intake of certain food cause problems, which increases bleeding, irritation they can reduce them.
