October 3rd, 2023. Day 4 out of 24 in Japan! I traveled to Japan in October of 2023, and it was hands down one of the best experiences of my life. Just me, my backpack and a whole country to explore.
Today I started off day 4 by running throughout Odaiba and across Rainbow Bridge. I did some laundry, checked out of my hotel and commuted to Shibuya
When in Shibuya, where I checked into Millennials Hostel.
Afterwards, I went to Pignic Cafe, where I chilled out with some piglets. This was a 15 minute walk from Millennials Hostel. I have linked their website for bookings below.

To end off the night, I went to Shibuya Sky, which offers the most scenic views of all of Tokyo. I highly recommend going here during the dusk/evening time as the sun is setting. Make sure to get tickets well ahead of time. I have linked the booking site below.

Commuting:
If you are only staying in Tokyo, the local transit system is more than efficient to get around. However, if you are looking to travel to other cities, consider getting a Japan Rail (JR) pass. I purchased mine from Japan Experience, and have linked their website below. Order sufficiently ahead of time to allow your paperwork to arrive in the mail to your actual address. When you're in Japan, you need to present this paperwork to a JR office, where you can redeem your JR pass.
