Steps
1 Get your beef cubes and grind them using the meat grinder, grind 2-3 times
2 In a bowl, mix in your ground beef with all the spices and half the finely chopped onions
3 Attach the kibbeh maker attachment to the meat grinder and insert 2/3 of the meat into the grinder
4 Let the meat mix go through the attachment into the form of a tube
5 In a frying pan with 2 tbsp. of oil, add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes
6 Add the rest of the ground beef mix to the pan along with all the spices and let cook for 4-5 minutes until browned
7 Add the pine nuts to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes, then set aside in a bowl to stuff into the kibbeh
8 Take the tube shaped meat and pinch one end closed, and then insert stuffing through the open end
9 Pinch the other end close and repeat for the rest of the kibbeh pieces
10 In a pan with 3-4 Tbsp. oil, fry the kibbeh for about 3 minutes each side, or until brown.
11 Garnish and serve
