Salt : 1 tsp

Making mustard seeds paste
Mustard Seeds : 1.5 tbsp
Poppy seeds : 1tbsp
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Green chilli : 4
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp

For cooking
Oil
Mustard oil : 2 tbsp
Mustard & poppy seeds paste
Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chilli : 2
