Mountain Rose Vineyard, a winery based in the Appalachian Mountains, is the oldest vineyard in the region. For Small Business Saturday in 2012, the owners used the tools and tips from American Express for Small Business Saturday and offered savings for residents of the town on the day. They also created a special Shop Small edition wine label, and developed an even larger campaign with other local businesses to further extend Shop Small efforts and engage consumers.
