CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Fourteen years after his conviction, a man who killed three people in the Tri-State is now scheduled to die.The Ohio Supreme Court set an execution date of May 30, 2018 for Stanley Fitzpatrick. He went on a drug-fueled rampage in Lincoln Heights in 2001. Fitzpatrick killed his live-in girlfriend and her 12-year-old daughter, then attacked a 64-year-old neighbor with a hatchet. The court scheduled his execution three years in advance to give the state time to sort out its problems with its lethal injection policy.
