Make your own opinions from what you see and compare it to what you're use to in air travel. For me, I found the service typical for Eva Air which is clean, quick and convenient with courteous staff onboard their aircraft. The food was ok, but after just coming off another Eva flight where we're fed twice... I really wasn't in the mood for more airline food.
Summary: Will continue to use this airline for our travel needs to Asia when the price is right.
