Find out more about the James C. Gaither Junior Fellows program, through which the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace offers uniquely qualified graduating seniors and new graduates the chance to work as research assistants to Carnegie’s senior scholars, as part of a one-year fellowship. Every year, approximately 11-13 Junior Fellows are selected from a pool of nominees, chosen by several hundred participating universities and colleges.
