The MCU (a Teensy 3.2) is programmed to set the motor speed such as the voltage is between 13.5 and 14.5 V, because the ESC is rated for 4s (14.4V). However, the solar panel maximum power point is around 18.5V, so this is very inefficient, but it's just a test to see how things run.
You can see from the display the voltage (13.4V), the current is too low so I=1 (in /1024 of the 3.3V ADC, 3.3V being for ~90A), W13xx is the PWM value. The N=xxx field is a clock, and the other fields are non-functionnal. The display is an Olimex LCD + I2C backpack.
It's late in the evening as you can see from the length of the shadows (about 20:00 Paris time on the beginning of July).
