United States President Joe Biden will meet his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping in a virtual video summit tonight amid fraught relations between the two economic powerhouses over a variety of issues. The two leaders, who have yet to meet in person, are likely to discuss a range of topics that includes growing tensions over human rights in China, technology and trade in addition to the future of Taiwan's self-rule among a host of topics.
