A festive celebration is incomplete without the presence of devotees so to fulfil this year’s celebration we have come up with an online initiative for all the beloved devotees overall Thane, Maharashtra and India.
Even the presence of Corona can’t stop us from experiencing this year’s Tembhi Naka Navratri Utsav and seek the blessings of the Goddess who arrives with a gesture of blessing and positive anticipation for which we all are eagerly waiting.
We know that it is not possible to give a grand welcome to the goddess by physically engaging in large numbers and performing art forms to impress her. This year we are definitely going to miss those adorable moments, but we are not totally disconnected. ‘ Tembhi Naka Navratri Utsav ‘ first took place in the year 1978 as an initiative taken by #DharmaveerAnandDigheSaheb. It received a good response from devotees all over Maharashtra and India. Every year lakhs of people visited to witness the festival and seek the blessings of the goddess. From Dighe Saheb to #EknathShinde Saheb and many more renowned personalities from Maharashtra have experienced this festival very closely and somehow it has played a vital role in their success. Since the last 42 years, no other festive celebration has received such a great response as this, and we hope that it will continue further too.
