This is a commercial chicken farm with 30,000 laying hens using the H-type Layer Battery Cage System. The chicken farm has been in production for five years, and the layer raising equipment is still operating well.

The plan we designed for this chicken farm is as follows:
1. The size of the chicken coop is designed as: 105 * 10 * 4M.
2. 237 sets of H-type 4-tier and 2-door laying hen cages. Each single group can accommodate 128 chickens. The parameters of the cage are: 1200mm * 600mm * 430mm.
3. 3 sets of automatic feeding systems.
4. 3 sets of automatic manure removal systems.
5. 3 sets of automatic egg collection systems.
6. One set of automatic environmental control system.

The use of the H-type Layer Battery Cage System enables the egg production rate of the customer's chicken farm to reach 98%!
