This is the deck tech to a Pauper Dimir Control deck I made some time ago. The gist is to play a bunch of instants and sorceries to fill the graveyard early before slamming Tolarian Terror or Gurmag Angler on the battlefield. I think if should be a safe and consistent option in the meta for a bit while adaptations to the meta are made with the Modern Horizons 3 cards.
I also go over my basic sideboard plan for a few archtypes you might face in the Pauper Meta.
