Project overview: Language is gendered. As a result, women and nonbinary people are often excluded and further marginalized in society. Plus, gender stereotypes can lead to discrimination and inequities for all. The Gender Inclusive Language Project unites content designers around the globe to explore and identify solutions for our industry. Our goal is to inspire a wave of change to be as inclusive as possible in our writing, no matter what language we speak. This is a collaboration between UX Content Collective and Kinneret Yifrah.
