HB 153, passed 36-14: Allow local option sales taxes to be imposed at a rate of less that 1 percent
HB 459, passed 42-5: Modify provisions on speed restrictions that impede traffic flow and minimum speed in left-hand lanes
HB 513, passed 46-1: Abolish the Georgia Medical Center Authority
HB 658, passed 42-8: Repeal Chapter 12 relating to the estate tax
HB 766, passed 47-0: Enact the Work Based Learning Act
HB 777, passed 48-0: Add provisions for suspension of privileges to operate a watercraft vessel for violations of vessel laws of this state and other states
HB 790, passed 52-0: Civil practices shall have a four-year statute of limitations for actions involving removal of timber from the property of another
HB 791, passed 49-0: Provide that redrawing census tracts shall not disqualify a designated military zone as a less developed area for tax purposes
