Feb. 12 (Bloomberg) -- 2013 was the driest year in history for the state of California and there is no end in sight to this extreme drought. Farmers are feeling the pinch more than most. Eighty percent of the state's water supply is used for farming. That has some looking at new ways to grow food. Enter aquaponics -- part fish farm, part vegetable garden.
