1. The Bible calls it sin. (Mt.5:38; Eph.5:3).
2. Porn is addicting.
3. Porn is FAKE!
4. It degrades women.
5. It twists views about SEX!
6. It leads to shame & guilt.
7. It creates dissatisfaction within marital sex and leads to divorce.

How to Overcome Pornography?
1. Don’t trust in your ability to overcome lust. (Jeremiah 17:5)
2. If you are addicted to porn, you need deliverance.
3. Avoid emotional triggers of isolation, loneliness, stress, and boredom. (2 Timothy 2:22; 2 Samuel 11:1-2; 1 John 2:15)
4. Starve your flesh by cutting off the cause of porn. (Mark 9:43-47)
5. Confess your sin and get an accountability partner. (2 Timothy 2:22; James 5:16)
6. Feed your spirit by memorizing the Scriptures. (Psalm 119:11)
7. Stay full of the Holy Spirit. (Galatians 5:16)
8. Make a covenant with your eyes. (Job 31:1)
9. Fight back if you fall back. (Proverbs 24:16)
10. Practice BRACE Method:
B = Breathe deeply (take a few deep breaths).
R = Remember the Truth (meditate on Scripture).
A = Ask God for help (pray).
C = Call an accountability partner (fellowship).
E = Escape the situation (flee temptation).
