This is the cake containings a great nutrition of nuts, dried fruits, and peeled citrus. The reason why I choose to make Stollen cake for this Christmas is the moisture, buttery, and softness of the cake. My recipe has a little bit difference from others. I use the nuts and fruits, orange juice, just a tsp of rum to make the cake special flavor.

300 gr bread flour
60gr almond flour
120ml warm milk
1 large egg
50gr sugar
150 gr dried nuts and fruit
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp rum
50ml orange juice
