INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg whole chicken
- 1 big size carrot
- 3 medium size onions
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 7-8 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (for preservation)
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 whole beetroot
- 1/4 cup halal gelatin
