(9 Aug 1995) Serb soldiers and civilians stranded in Krajina by the advance of Croatian troops were on Wednesday (9/8) handing over weapons to secure their safe passage into Serbia. About 30,000 Serbs were trapped behind the frontline in Krajina. In the town of Vidusevac, Serb soldiers handed over firearms, field guns and armoured
personnel carriers to Croatian troops. The UN monitored the handover operation.
