Lepat Pisang
Makes 18 parcels
500g mashed bananas
100g castor sugar
90g all purpose flour
60ml coconut cream
Pinch of salt
100g freshly grated coconut
1 tsp salt
Banana leaves for wrapping
Steam for 25 minutes.

Serves 3
4 sliced bananas
85g coconut sugar, gula melaka or white sugar
750ml water
200ml coconut cream
1/3 cup sago pearls
2 pandan leaves

Cekodok Pisang
Makes 50 small fritters
300g or 4 mashed bananas
80g castor sugar
125g cake flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
45ml water
Fry at 190°c for 4 - 5 minutes until deep golden brown.
