The Corrupted Chronocus is a tribute dragon able to be obtained from the Shadow Altar.

The five possible mutations for this species are as follows:

- Tail Growths

Shadow Egg
The Corrupted Chronocus has a 3% chance of hatching from the Shadow Egg.
The Lucky Egg gamepass will not affect the Corrupted Chronocus's hatch chance.

The other dragons exclusive to the Shadow Egg are the:
Noctorius, with an 83% chance of hatching.
Ortarouk, with a 5% chance of hatching.
Kostragula, with a 9% chance of hatching.

As its name suggests, the Corrupted Chronocus is a corrupt, Shadow Altar version of the Chronocus.
The Corrupted Chronocus is currently the only tribute dragon to be based off an already existing dragon.
The Corrupted Chronocus is the first tribute dragon to be based off of a Prehistoric world dragon to be released.
The Corrupted Chronocus has permanent Granite material on its wing claws and some of the markings on its wings.
The Corrupted Chronocus is one of four dragons to have a space in its name, the other three being the Ancient Aranga, Lum Luenh, and the Mother Dragon.
The Corrupted Chronocus emits tertiary-colored particles from its body and tail.
