Roasted Greek Potatoes
8 potatoes
1/4 C olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbs oregano
1/2 Tbs rosemary
Lemon
In a cup add the ingredients (except the lemon) and stir until combined.
Pour over the peeled potatoes and use your hands to mix it well.
Cook for 35 minutes at 180°C and squeeze one lemon and pour a few pinches of salt all over and cook for another 20 minutes. Repeat if needed then continue cooking until its crispy as you like it.
