Vietnamese love eating eggs for breakfast. They are nutritious and cheap in Vietnam. This video show you how my Vietnamese neighbor cooks a 900 Calorie Eggs Breakfast. This Vietnam street food is super easy to make using a special kitchen gadget, called Yolk Separator or Silicone egg separator. As you can see, she cooked bunches of eggs, white and yolks. The final outcome is two dishes: street food scrambled yolk and steamed full eggs. All are delicious, making a perfect 900 Calorie Eggs Breakfast.
FYI: My favorite is the boiled bird embryo balut egg at the beginning. The white is crunch and the yolk is soft at the same time. It is served with a Vietnamese herb and ginger.
