Yuri Molotov? It is feasible that this guy either is or inspired Yuri in Red Alert 2. I mean you don't actually see BOTH brothers getting killed, only one dies in the ending cinematic. Yuri does mention his involvement in the war as well. I might just be fishing though.
This is the one level in this segment I hadn't beaten before.
The Spy section is relatively easy, and the map is pretty small here.
Get your Tesla Coils along the ridge so they can fire at any units, and guard your Ore Trucks when they eventually need to go there.
You'll want a SAM or two to protect the Tesla Coils from MiGs.
To win this level, control the centre.
Take out the Tesla Coil and defenses in this area and you've won basically. Just don't be slow about stuff, or the attacks will become more frequent from the opponent, and will include Heavy Tanks. Once you have the classic 6-8 Heavy Tanks backed by a few V2s, roll out. The defenses are already down so steam roll any units in the base, then the Construction Yard. Head straight for the Airfields because they're annoying.
Don't bother with a Tech Center. I can't remember if you can build Mammoth Tanks, but the extra time investment isn't worth them getting time to start churning out their forces.
Just as an additional bit of trivia, the two men in the cut scene are Frank Klepacki (the composer of Red Alert's music) and the masked guy is Joe Kucan who plays Kane, and directs all the live sequences in the earlier C&Cs.
