Young boy presented with acute abdomen, with periumbilical pain from 1 day that became generalized. Diagnostic Laparoscopy done and perforated Meckel's Diverticulum found two feet proximal to ICJ. Laparoscopic Wedge Resection and Anastomotic repair done. patient tolerated the procedure very well and discharged home on 2nd post-op day.
