Ingredients
Cashew nut - 100 gms
Gram flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 Tbsp
Onion - 1 no. thinly sliced
Green chili - 2 nos chopped
Few Curry leaves
Few Coriander leaves
Chopped Ginger
Chili powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Salt to taste
Water
Method
Soak the cashew nuts in water for 10 mins
In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, onions, green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, soaked cashew nuts
Mix everything well by gradually adding water
Mix it to get a tight mixture
Heat some oil for deep frying, add the pakora mixture in small portions
Fry them till they become golden brown in color
Serve the pakoras hot
