Today we're going to focus on the Poettinger Terrasem. The Poettinger Terrasem is an air seeder. What this air seeder does is different, though. It'll take three passes and put it into one as far as your seeding goes.

On the front of this Terrasem is actually like the Terradisc that Poettinger makes. So it works your ground. Then you've got a set of rubber tires, which actually firm up your seed bed. Then you have offset openers and the offset openers allow for speed. So these machines can plant seed at 98.6% accuracy at 10 miles an hour through the field. Behind your offset openers, you've got a closing wheel and you've got a tine arrow.

In one pass, you're working your ground, you're firming your seed bed and you're planting your crop. These machines are designed for forages small grains, ie, alfalfa, hay, grasses, cover crop and even as large a seed as soybean seed. They come in either five inch row spacing or seven inch row spacing, and you have the ability to even shut off some of the rows and go up to as high as 20 inch rows. This machine will suit all your needs for any source small grain that you're wanting to plant.
