It’s finally built - the ultra-luxurious Meyer House. It’s always a fantastic sight to see renders come to life, and the Meyer House is one of those that you really have to see for yourself to feel the difference. (See the old show flat tour: [ Ссылка ]) From the private lobby for every single unit (yes, every unit), to the private lift, plus the very plush lobby and walkways beneath the pool - it is all incredibly well-designed and just feels very well put together.
Meyer House sits on a freehold land size of almost 110,000 square feet, with just 56 exclusive units total. It starts from 1,862 sqft for a 3 bedroom unit, all the way to a massive 5,662 sqft penthouse unit. It was designed to be the "Nassim of the East" by acclaimed designers like WOHA, Yabu Pushelberg, and Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl and is developed by a joint venture between UOL and Kheng Leong.
We also really like that it faces a park (although it’s a small one), and it nearly feels like an extension of the space.
For those looking for landed living but still want to have facilities in a well-designed space, this is one to look at.
