On the 31st, the Chinese Navy released footage of the dual aircraft carriers conducting formation exercises in the South China Sea. The video reveals that the fleet comprises 13 surface vessels. Alongside the two aircraft carriers, the "Liaoning" and "Shandong," the formation includes three Type 055 destroyers, five Type 052D destroyers, one Type 054A frigate, and two Type 901 supply ships, with a total displacement of around 300,000 tons.
