New study by the Ministry of Health of #Argentina’s Buenos Aires province shows that one-shot #SputnikLight has efficacy of 83.7% with elderly patients (60-79 years old).
Sputnik Light, the first shot of Sputnik V, demonstrates 78.6-83.7% efficacy based on real-world data from more than 40,000 patients aged 60 to 79 collected by the Ministry of Health of the Buenos Aires province.
The new official data on #SputnikV’s use confirms its high efficacy after the first dose only and shows that the Russian vaccine’s one-shot version, Sputnik Light, can be the right approach for many countries for their vaccination campaigns.
