The 28th Annual Quest for Excellence Conference was held April 3rd through 6th at the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland and served as the official conference of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Deputy Secretary of Commerce Bruce Andrews presided over the Sunday evening Awards Ceremony, joined by Undersecretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology and Director, National Institute of Standards and Technology Dr. Willie May; and Baldrige Foundation Chair George Benson.
