If you are a professional working in your family business, then the ISB PGP MFAB program is something you should consider. However, there are some new elements in the ISB PGP MFAB application process that you should be aware of if you plan to apply.
Eligibility Criteria for the ISB PGP MFAB Program
To apply for the ISB MFAB program, you must be working in a family business. While work experience is not mandatory, you need to have a minimum of two years of experience by July 31st, 2025. This is an essential requirement if you are planning to apply for the 2025 intake.
Application Deadlines
The first application deadline is November 10th, 2024. Tentatively, the second round will close on March 9th, 2025. All submissions must be completed by midnight on the respective dates, so make sure your application is submitted on time.
Application Evaluation
The ISB MFAB application process includes submitting several essays—some mandatory, along with an optional essay. You will also need to provide details of your work experience and your role in the family business. Additionally, you are required to take the ISB BAT (Business Aptitude Test). Based on the evaluation of these components, you may be shortlisted for an interview. After the interview, your final admission decision will be made.
What is the ISB BAT Test?
The ISB BAT is conducted online after you submit your application, and the fee for this test is included in your application fee. Once your application is submitted, you will receive a link to take the BAT. The test comprises four sections: verbal ability, quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and business awareness.
